Using a VA home loan to finance your purchase
Is a very easy way to save you a great deal of money and it is much easier for you to qualify for one of these loans at a low rate. We have seen many loan officers talk clients out of VA loans because of ignorance on this goverment loan program. Here at VA Mortgage Resources.com, we specialize in helping veterans take advantage of their VA benefits.

Interest rates are not the only savings! VA Loans exempt you from paying Private Mortgage Insurance, also known as PMI. Almost every civilian 30 year fixed loan program over 80% has PMI which can run hundreds of dollars a month. Pre-Qualify now to find out what your monthly payments will be with your VA loan.

There is zero down payment required when purchasing a home.
The VA mortgage loan is guaranteed with no money down for any loan up to
    $417,000.
If you have bad credit, you are very likely to get a much lower rate with a VA
loan compared to a conventional loan
(and if you have been improving your credit history for the past year, you may be
able to get the same low interest rates that are available to those with good credit).
Even no money downs VA loans do not require PMI

There is a Funding Fee required by the Department of Veteran Affairs that varies between 0-3.3% of the amount of the military loan depending on your current Veteran Status. The funding fee is added into the total loan amount, so the borrower is not required to pay this out of pocket. To determine the exact funding fee, please contact us so a VA specialist can calculate this.

Exemptions:

VA dictate that if you are 10% or more disabled due to active military service, you will not be required to pay a funding fee. Those which are required to have a funding fee may lower their fee by putting money down on their VA home purchase.

You will need a certificate of eligibility to qualify.
